St. John Parish

General Information

Marriage Arrangements Arrangements should be made by the couple  well in advance of the marriage date (Diocesan rule requires one year notification).  All couples planning marriage must attend Pre-Cana classes or Engagement Encounter.

Baptisms  Baptisms are celebrated every second and fourth Sunday of the month at 1:00 PM.  Children to be baptized should be accompanied by parents and must have two sponsors.  Contact the rectory to make the arrangements.  Parents must attend the Baptismal Preparation Class offered on the last Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM in the Parish Center.

Anointing of the Sick In case of serious illness (or advanced age) please call the priests at 856-858-0298.  For hospital cases, contact the hospital Chaplain.  The rectory should be notified as well so that one of priests may visit.

Parish Registration We invite all parishioners to register with the Parish. Registration helps us to serve you when issuing letters in connection with sponsorship of baptism, confirmation or matrimony or letters of reference.  Kindly notify the rectory if your address changes.

Pastoral Care Ministry Sr. Lucy and other Eucharistic Ministers make regular Communion calls and visits to our sick, elderly and shut-ins either in their homes or in nursing homes. Please call with the names of those requiring attention.
